About Me #
Greetings! I'm Riya Bisht, known as @trinity on web, and my pronouns are she/her. At 21, I call the picturesque city of Dehradun-India, my home. I'm a true systems enthusiast, finding joy in unraveling tech intricacies, debugging issues, and delving deep into systems development.
My love with technology began in childhood when I spent endless hours on my ThinkPad, modding games, burning Compact Disks, sketching characters for my fictional worlds, writing poems and immersing myself in books. These early passions eventually blossomed into a serious journey of research and hacking. My driving force? Using the power of Science and Technology to tackle real-world problems.
The realm of computer science became my chosen path, motivated by a desire to shield our digital world from internet fraud and transform our science-fiction dreams into tangible reality. I code primarily in C/C++, Rust, and Python. Currently, my playground involves Web Assembly, WebGPU, Unikernels, and low-level tech like Compilers. I'm engrossed in the world of reproducible Nix systems, distributed architectures, and the vast expanse of low-level space.
One of my passions lies in the Nix philosophy. Previously, I was building nixpie.xyz that tries to make Nix more accessible for those less tech-savvy. Then, I was working on a dream Research project at Tiles Research as a systems researcher. Our mission is to advance the communication of human intent with machines to design a more natural way of working.
Currently, I am exploring Reconfigurable Computing, FPGAs(Field Programmable Gate Arrays), Domain Specific Architectures/Chips , and all things chips.
Would love to chat/discuss on new ideas/early-stage/deeptech startups: book meeting here.
